“Oh my goodness mama!!
The girl squealed with delight and her mother smiled with pride.
“Mama?” The little girl asked.
“What is it?
The child’s mother watched as the little girl painted rainbows in the sky.
“It’s a rainbow” spoke her mother.
Pure unfiltered light direct from your fingertips.
You can do with it whatever you like…..
You can trace the sky, similar to what you are doing now, and watch as your energy bring things to life….or you can do something entirely different all together.”
The little girl furrowed her brow, not quite understanding what her mother was saying.
“What do you mean mama?” she asked. “Where is the rainbow coming from?”
The woman laughed and took the child’s hands in her own, watching the colour dance under the light.
“It’s you my love” she said to the child.
“Look at your hands and watch what happens….”
The little girl looked at her hands entwined with her mothers, and noted the colours following her movements.
The girl took her hands away, giving them a wave from right to left
and right again,
watching colours spill forth into one blurry mess.
“Try again” said her mother.
Think about what you were doing when you painted the rainbow….can you remember?”
The little girl thought for a moment and then burst into an infectious dance routine full of giggles and joy.
“Like this?” she said, sliding her feet, all the time giggling, and infecting everything she came in contact with her enthusiasm and joy, painting beautiful colours around her everywhere she went.
When she finished dancing, she ran back to her mothers arms to admire her handiwork.
“Oh my goodness mama!!” she cried with delight.
“It’s so pretty!!! It’s so beautiful!!! I love it so much I don’t want to stop!!!”
She jumped out of her mothers arms to chase rainbows again, leaving a trail of colours in her wake.
“More ~mama~ more!!” she squealed.
“I want to make more rainbows mama!!! How many rainbows can I make???
The woman looked at her daughter and smiled.
Iris, my love, you are a creator of the universe.
From the day you were born, until the day you die, you will always have the gift of creation.
The only thing you need to learn now,
what you are going to do
